Services

All the members of the Day Labor Collective fill out a registration form and once it is filled out it goes to our database. Along with the Day Labor Collective and our personnel, we can help you select the appropriate workers for your job and guide you through the hiring process. We do not charge you nor the members any fees for the job coordination. The members of the Day Labor Collective have agreed that they would like to be paid in cash after the job is finished. All of the money goes to the member of the center. When the job is done, the Center calls every employer to request an evaluation and to see how the job coordination went and to see if there is any feedback regarding the member’s work. Feedback is extremely useful so the members of the Day Labor Collective know what they can do better in the future.
